Operations Administrative Clerk

Provide high-level administrative support performing clerical tasks such as preparing reports, managing files, and records, corresponding to emails and information requests. Other duties can include transcribing documents, designing forms, and other office procedures. Must also be able to work well with customers and guests, meeting the quality standards for services.
- Some college preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Teamwork, pro-activity and the ability to deal with a large number of clerical/administrative activities
