Job Description

The Human Resource Administrative Assistant will be performing duties related to the operation of the human resource office.

Essential Functions:
  • Answers and directs departmental phone calls.
  • Received and distributes office mail.
  • Review, cross-check and data entry of employee time sheets and other payroll related matters.
  • May assist in processing required paperwork for on-boarding/exiting employee related employment matters.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience performing HR related task.
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures of time keeping.
  • Proficient in office equipment and standard software's such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
