Job Description


The Customer Care Rep will be in charge of answering incoming phone calls, assisting patient and client with billing inquiries, issue resolutions and enter date regarding patients and/or client accounts. Other tasks will be assigned per the direct supervisor.

  • Knowledge billing and collections
  • Ability to work unsupervised

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must be reliable
