Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Analyst that will provide onsite support for supported desktop and laptop users including home-based, remote and 3rd party user support. Services include hardware/software break fix, installs and moves, loan laptops, conference/training room setup, end-user training, onsite Smartcard administration and Remedy ticket dispatching. This candidate will also provide logistic support and coordinate work for onsite service contractor/vendor and onsite support related to personal and /or LAN printers used in the desktop environment which will include. Additional duties will also include covering onsite work related to printer hardware installation, support and trouble shooting.



Job Requirements

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Technical knowledge on general computing skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Familiarity with general desktop application support and operations processes
  • Strong analytical, communication, customer service skills
  • Work independently and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Must be a current  resident of Guam
